DRAFT FOR REVIEW
Client Terms and Conditions
Pet Said What · Park and Laugh, Inc.
Version: client-draft-2026-10-15-v5 · Prepared October 3, 2026 · Not yet effective for live paid service.
1. Budget orders
For budget work, set a total of at least $30 for one standard finished version from a pet clip up to 60 seconds. You cannot select a comic or rush service. After verified test payment, the request enters the paid queue for an available comic with both profile approval and separate budget-work approval. Acceptance assigns that comic and sets delivery ten days after acceptance. No assignment date is guaranteed; you may request cancellation while waiting through My Finished Videos. Refunds require separate owner handling and are not automatic.
With promotional permission, the planned allocation is 10% charity, 30% company and the remainder to the comic. Private orders allocate no charity, 35% company and the remainder to the comic. Cents are rounded with the remainder assigned to the comic. These are test allocations; real fees, taxes, refunds and payouts require final agreements. Budget deliveries use the same owner review, three-day correction window, personal-use scope and 14-day promotional waiting period as other orders.
2. Your request
Pet Said What is a service of Park and Laugh, Inc. You choose a comic, provide your pet footage and instructions, and choose up to three finished versions within your comic’s offered limit. Review the price, delivery time, rush option, and topics to avoid before submitting. The current site saves test requests; submitting a request alone does not charge you or book a comic.
3. Footage and instructions
Provide footage, photos, music, and other material you own or have permission to use. Obtain permission from people whose image or voice appears, including permission from a parent or guardian for children. Give accurate details and identify topics you want excluded. Do not submit unlawful, threatening, hateful, or abusive material, or footage made by harming an animal. You keep ownership of the material you supply and permit the service and your selected comic to use it to produce and deliver your requested video.
4. Acceptance and delivery
For an approved paid order, the selected comic has up to 48 hours to accept, ending sooner if the selected rush deadline falls first. Standard delivery is due within the number of days shown for that order, measured from acceptance. Rush delivery is due within the selected 24, 48, or 72 hours after payment, as shown in the saved order. The site owner reviews submitted videos before releasing them to you.
If the comic declines or does not accept in time, you will be told: Comic unavailable—select another comic. Your account will suggest up to three available comics. Your order is not automatically reassigned. Selecting a suggestion does not automatically transfer your payment or create a new booking.
5. Corrections
You may request one correction within three days after delivery. Describe the error clearly in your account. The correction deadline is three days after the request. This is for errors in the agreed instructions; a new concept, new footage, or additional versions need a separate agreement.
6. Personal video use
The planned service provides a finished video for personal, noncommercial use. Commercial use requires a separate written quote and permission. The comic retains ownership of the voice performance. Your personal copy includes the opening, closing, and watermark. Final licensing language will be reviewed before paid launch.
7. Your posting choice and charity
New requests start with promotional permission selected. Review this choice before submitting; you can opt out and keep your clip private. Saved requests and drafts keep your earlier choice. If you allow promotion, Pet Said What and your comic may post the finished video to their promotional channels no earlier than 14 days after final delivery. The planned charity allocation is 10% of your order price to the pet charity you select.
If you choose to keep the clip private, the service and comic must not post it for promotion, and no charity allocation is included. You can donate directly using the charity links on the order form; this is an optional, separate gift handled by the charity. The order price stays the same. The test site does not publish clips or send donations. Donation handling and reporting must be finalized before paid launch.
8. Accounts and private handling
Keep your login secure and use your account to review orders, download delivered videos, and request corrections. Private order media is intended for you, your assigned comic, and the site owner as needed for production and support. Approved comic profiles and their sample links are public. These terms do not replace a separate privacy policy.
9. Refunds and matters still under review
Cancellation, refund, rebooking, and late-delivery remedies have not been finalized. This draft does not establish a no-refund rule or authorize a second charge. Final policies must be disclosed before real paid orders are enabled. Service contact details, privacy and retention rules, and any dispute provisions also require review. Existing legal rights are not waived by this draft.
