DRAFT FOR REVIEW
Comic Terms and Conditions
Pet Said What · Park and Laugh, Inc.
Version: comic-draft-2026-10-15-v4 · Prepared October 3, 2026 · Not yet effective for live paid service.
1. Budget work
Budget work requires an active approved profile, current availability and separate owner approval for budget work. Only eligible comics may browse the paid queue or review its private source clips. Check the budget, planned comic allocation, brief and ten-day completion time before accepting. Acceptance assigns one comic immediately and starts the ten-day delivery clock; this is separate from selected-comic offer expiry and shelter claims. Do not use queue footage outside the authorized project.
The queue shows test allocations: with promotional permission, 10% charity/30% company/60% comic; private orders use 0% charity/35% company/65% comic, with rounding reconciled in cents. No real money or payout is due from a sandbox order. Final payment, fee and tax agreements are required before paid launch. Revoked budget access removes new queue access; coordinate accepted obligations with the owner.
2. Your profile
Pet Said What is operated by Park and Laugh, Inc. Submit accurate profile details, prices, delivery time, availability, two photos, and both video links. Only use material you own or are authorized to display. Submitting permits publication of the approved profile, photos, pet stories, and sample links. Your email remains private. Initial profile approval is required. Ordinary edits to an approved profile stay approved. Pending profiles remain pending, and disabled profiles remain disabled until the owner restores access.
3. Choosing work and deadlines
Keep your availability current. You may accept or decline an offered order within 48 hours of payment, or before its rush deadline if earlier. A declined or expired offer returns to the client to choose another comic, with up to three suggestions; it is not automatically reassigned.
Standard orders are due within the selected delivery days after acceptance. Choose whether to offer rush service, its 24-, 48-, or 72-hour completion time and surcharge. A zero-dollar surcharge can still offer rush service. The selected deadline starts at payment and is saved with each order; later profile edits do not change existing purchases. Review the deadline, brief, price, and requested versions before accepting. Raise problems with the site owner promptly.
4. Production and corrections
Deliver the complete edited video and all purchased versions through the order workflow. Pet Said What adds the watermark and closing message and reviews the submission before delivery to the client. Respect the brief and topics to avoid. Do not use unlicensed third-party material or create unlawful, threatening, hateful, or abusive content.
The client may request one correction within three days after delivery. Correct errors in the agreed instructions within three days after that request. Changes of concept, footage, or scope require a separate agreement.
5. Client privacy and promotional use
Use client footage and details only to perform the requested work. Do not share private order media or contact details outside the production process. Check the order’s promotional-use choice before any posting.
For a private order, do not post the clip for promotion. For an order with promotional permission, the service and comic may post the finished clip to promotional channels no earlier than 14 days after final delivery. Permission to display your own profile samples does not grant permission to post client orders.
6. Performance rights
The proposed arrangement preserves your ownership of the voice performance while allowing the service to combine, brand, review, and deliver the commissioned video and allowing the client personal, noncommercial use. Commercial rights require a separate agreement. Final license scope will be confirmed in writing before paid work begins. This profile draft does not designate your work as work made for hire or transfer your copyright.
7. Rates and payment onboarding
Your listed customer price is not a promise of your net payout. The payout split, fees, payment schedule, cancellations, refunds, and responsibility for corrections must be confirmed in a separate written payment agreement before paid work begins. No payout amount or schedule is established by this draft.
Provide contractor payment information through the secure onboarding process when available, including a completed W-9 if required for a U.S. contractor. Do not put tax IDs, Social Security numbers, or bank details in your public profile. Profile approval alone does not complete payment onboarding or establish legal worker classification.
8. Review and availability
The owner may request profile changes or withhold approval. A disabled profile is unavailable for new bookings. Coordinate any existing accepted orders with the owner. Profile approval does not guarantee a number of orders or earnings.
9. Draft status
The current signup is a profile test. Reviewing and acknowledging this draft permits the profile submission described above; it is not a final paid-work agreement. Final privacy, retention, contact, payment, and dispute provisions require review before paid launch. Existing legal rights are not waived by this draft.
